Wednesday, February 26th
7:00-8:30pm
Now more than ever, we all realize that mental health is as important as physical or spiritual health. Join us on February 26, as we start a conversation for parents and caregivers about how to foster emotional health and deal with life’s rough patches. We’re partnering with our Sunday School curricula publisher, Parent Cue, to introduce licensed clinical counselor Dr. Chinwe Williams’ valuable insights. We will also have our own Heather Muhlhauser lead a mini-workshop that will give you science-based, practical tools to help you navigate your family’s mental health. Come as you are! We’ll provide snacks and childcare. Registration is much appreciated but not required. However, please register if your kids will be coming to ensure sufficient caregiver staffing.
The deadline to register for childcare is February 23.

Meet Heather Muhlhauser
Heather Muhlhauser is a (200 HR) personal trainer, a (500 HR) yoga instructor, and the founder of Elevate Excursions, where she blends yoga, adventure, and transformation. After losing her father to a rare neurological disease in college, she turned to running and yoga to cope with grief, discovering the deep connection between breath, movement, and emotional well-being. After battling chronic injuries, including a decade-long struggle with plantar fasciitis, she developed her “Pain-Free Feet” course- a whole-body approach to healing foot pain and moving with ease. Now, as a mom, she uses these same tools to navigate parenthood and is passionate about helping others overcome pain, reduce anxiety, and find more ease and joy in life.
