Who Should Attend:
This workshop is designed for anyone—regardless of age or income—who wants to feel more in control of their finances. There’s nothing for you to bring or do to prep beforehand, come with an open mind and leave with practical tools you can start using right away.

Location: The workshop will take place at our OTR Campus, Grace on Race St. (1310 Race St.) on the first floor in the café area – a relaxed, welcoming space. Feel free to bring your dinner with you if you won’t have a chance to eat before the workshop!

Parking information – There are two options for parking: street parking (paying at the kiosk located on each block or via the Cincy EZPark app) or you can park in the Washington Park Garage with entrances on Race St. and Elm St.

Cost: $25 for individuals and $40 for couples to attend this workshop. The money collected will go towards the development of a community laundromat next door to the OTR Campus.

Meet Brad Cunningham

Workshop Facilitator

Brad began his career as an elementary school teacher, teaching 5th and 3rd grades in Palm Beach County Schools, Florida. Born and raised in Cincinnati, Brad returned home in 2003 and, along with his father Tom, founded Orangefinancial, LLC.

Brad currently works with over 750 families, helping them to navigate their financial decisions through education, organization, and accountability.

In the past 20 years, Brad has presented to hundreds of groups; including churches, employers, non-profits, schools, colleges, and other community organizations all over the country.

Brad currently resides in Cincinnati with his wife and five children.
