Frequently Asked Questions

Who is on Realm?

We encourage everyone who is a part of HPC to join Realm.  It is for the whole church and is the main channel for church-wide communication.

How do I sign up?

The first step is to create an account. You will be asked to create a login name and password, as well as enter your first name, last name, email address, gender, and date of birth.  Enter the required information and then click the green "Create my account" button.

Check your email for a confirmation message.  Click the link inside the message to finish setting up your account.

Is Realm safe and secure?

Yes! Realm is only for people who are a part of Hyde Park Community Church, so you will not encounter people in Realm that you wouldn’t encounter at HPC.  What’s more, Realm understands that you want to maintain your privacy, even in an online church environment.  That’s why Realm provides privacy settings for you to adjust, based on your comfort level.

What do I do if I forgot my login name or password?

That is not an uncommon thing to happen.  Go to Realm's login page and click “Forgot your Login” or “Forgot your Password”.  Can't find Realm's login page, simply go to www.onrealm.org.
