Week 1:  Sunday, June 14 – Friday, June 19   (15 spaces left)

Week 2:  Sunday, June 21 – Friday, June 26   (50 spaces left)

Week 3: Sunday, June 28 – Friday, July 3       (50 spaces left)

Week 4: Sunday, July 5 – Friday, July 10        (35 spaces left)

Week 5: Sunday, July 12 – Friday, July 17      (50 spaces left)

Week 6: Sunday, July 19 – Friday, July 24      (50 spaces left)

A strike-through indicates the week is at capacity and no longer available.

Registration

To register click the button below to fill out the form and submit the group deposit paying online or sending in a check to Hyde Park Community UMC. Registration will be considered complete with the deposit is received.

Pay Deposit

Cost:

Early Bird Rate: $210/participant (registration/deposit by 12/31/19)

Regular Rate: $230/participant (starting January 1, 2020)

COST: $230/participant

*Cost includes: work supplies and materials, lodging, continental breakfast, brown bagged lunch, and HOT dinner (except for dinner on Wednesday), worship and devotional materials, leadership from the interns, and a t-shirt.

What isn’t included in the cost that teams will be financially responsible for: Transportation costs and meals to and from Summer Impact, street parking in Cincinnati, Wednesday dinner, activity on Wednesday evening, snacks, and activities not planned by Summer Impact team .  

Optional: extra night of lodging before or after your week of service ($15/night/person). 

CONFIRMATION 
You will receive two confirmations:

  1. An automated one after your online registration is filled out
  2. A second one when your deposit is received and your registration is complete. This will include next steps and forms to be filled out.


NEXT STEPS AFTER REGISTRATION IS COMPLETE 

  • Please follow the link above for release forms, packing list, arrival/departure information, and more explanations of events throughout the week.
  • Collect Medical, Video, and Photo Release Form for EVERY participant (including adult leaders). Release forms need to be turn in upon arrival.
  • Submit minimum number of participants you can guarantee to Kate Smith (ksmith@hpcumc.org) by March 1. You will be financially responsible for the minimum number of people you commit to.
  • Submit finalized medical and dietary needs for your group members at least 60 days prior of arrival.
  • Submit final group payment – please see payment schedule below.

2020 PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Deposit:  Group deposit is due with the application in order for spaces to be held.

Weeks 1-3, Final Payment Due May 14, 2020

Weeks 4-6, Final Payment Due June 5, 2020

REFUND POLICY: There are no refunds of monies paying towards the participation of the minimum number of participants after March 1.

LODGING AVAILABLE THE DAY BEFORE OR AFTER
Are you from beyond the greater Cincinnati area? If yes, will you need overnight lodging on Saturday or Friday night? There is a $15/person charge for each additional night of lodging. Please contact Kate Smith, Summer Impact Director ksmith@hpcumc.org with any questions or to make this request.  Requests are subject to availability and must be made in advance. Please enclose the additional lodging fee with your final payment.
